1-Year Warranty on Manufacture Defects
We warrant each and every
remanufactured laser cartridge to be free of defect both material
and workmanship within one (1) year of the purchase date to the
original purchaser. All compatible cartridges are remanufactured to
the most stringent quality-control standards possible to ensure a
level of performance that meets or exceeds other remanufactured
cartridges. Our obligation to the original purchaser under this
warranty shall be limited only to replacement within one year from
date of purchase of any toner cartridge which is proven to be
defective under normal use and service conditions as determined by
us. Cartridges must be returned to us accompanied by an RMA number.
You must also submit a sample printout showing the defect, whenever
possible. This warranty shall not apply to products which have been
subject to alteration, abuse, accident, or misuse. Any replacement
merchandise will be shipped as quickly as possible upon receipt of
the defective merchandise. | |
