Shipping| We offer UPS ground, next day, 2-day, & 3-day shipping options. Shipping charges are based on actual shipping charges plus a $1.95 handling fee. Your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive in separate packages. For your convenience, we are able to provide tracking numbers to allow you to track your package(s).On most items, we ship on the same business day if we receive your order before 2:00 P.M. (PST). However, our normal order processing time is one to three business days. Any orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on a holiday will be processed on the next available business day (Monday through Friday). If your order will be subject to any delays (i.e., back order or further credit card verification), we will notify you immediately.Once we deliver your order to the carrier (i.e., UPS), we will e-mail you a confirmation that your order has been filled and shipped, along with a UPS tracking number for your convenience. The carrier (UPS) will deliver your order based on the delivery method you selected (i.e., Ground, 2nd Day, etc.). We reserve the right to charge additional fees for special requests, bulk orders over $1,000, and pallet orders. In such cases, we will contact the customer before prior to shipment. |
