How do I return an item?
Please take the time to review our newly updated policy, effective Aug. 5, 2009.
We know you will be pleased with your TonerBoss purchase. But in the event you encounter any problems with your toner cartridges, we will resolve them hassle-free! Please follow these easy steps below to ensure your request is processed promptly and accurately.
- Fill out the RMA form below.
Once your RMA request is approved, you will receive an email with the RMA#, return shipment address, and return shipment label (if applicable).
- Send the product back to TonerBoss.
Please send the item you wish to return to:

Please double check the following:
- Please make sure that the RMA# is visible from the packaging.
- Please send a test print, the supplies status page, and a copy of the Replacement S.O.
- Please securely pack the toner cartridges to avoid damage in transit.
- Wait for your replacement / refund.*
Once receipt of the returned item at our warehouse is confirmed, your replacement will be shipped the same day the item is recieved and you will be e-mailed your tracking number.
Why wait for the returned item? We at TonerBoss believe in fair play, simply because we are consumers ourselves the moment we step out of our office. We used to send out replacements before we got the items being returned, but unfortunately too many failed to make it back to us resulting in substantial losses.
Is there anyway to to get my item faster? Glad you asked! The fastest way would be to complete the RMA form below, and once you have your RMA number, process a new order online specifying your RMA number in the 'comment box'. Upon recieving the returned item, we will credit you back appropriately.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Toner Cartridges that are more than 75% used do not qualify for exchange. These items can be returned for a prorated refund.
- Packages without an RMA# will not processed for replacement or refund.
- Shipping cost is refundable only if the return is due to a Tonerboss error.
- We reserve the right to charge your account in the following events:
- We receive a product in a condition which is not what was described with the approved RMA.
- We do not receive the return package within 30 days from the date of issue.
- The return package is damaged as a direct result from careless return packaging on the customer's behalf.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to refused, unopened, unused, unwanted, and incorrect orders.
Additional Information:
Refund We will issue a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges) within 3 business days of receiving the item back in our warehouse. Please take note that it is mandatory that items are received back to our warehouse before we can issue a refund. The turnaround time for Refunds often depends on your bank's policies for making the funds available to you.
Replacements Replacements are shipped the same day the return Item is recieved. Customers are liable for any discrepancies in the approved RMA and the actual item returned. Replacements are shipped UPS Ground unless the original order is shipped Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Third Day Select.
Terms and Conditions
- Tonerboss LLC shall not be held liable for ANY damage stemming from the misuse of our product, including but not limited to, attempting to use a cartridge in a machine (printer/fax/copier) it was not designed for, improper / careless handling, or improper installation.
- Tonerboss LLC shall not be held liable for delayed / cancelled delivery due to failure to provide accurate shipping address, courier errors, and / or force majeur.
- In rare, unlikely cases wherein a Tonerboss product malfunctions and causes damage to the machine it was designed for use with Tonerboss liabilities are limited to $150, or the price of service/repair, whichever is less, pending investigation. Be advised all claims are thoroughly checked and verified with the service company who rendered the repairs.
