To submit empty virgin cartridges to us, please do the following: E-mail us at recycling@tonerboss.com and identify the number and model numbers of cartridges you wish to submit. If you have 4 or more cartridges, we will send a call tag where we pay for return shipping of the empty cartridges. (We will not reimburse you for your shipping costs.)
