Our return
policy is hassle-free. All you have to do is complete the
RMA Form
and click Submit. You will receive an email response
containing return instructions.

Refund
We promise a
90-day Money-Back Guarantee should you not be completely
happy with your purchase. We will issue a full refund of the
purchase price (less shipping charges) within 3 business
days of receiving the item back in our warehouse.
Replacement
Most cartridge
problems can be address quickly by troubleshooting. We have
knowledgeable, factory-trained and certified technicians
standing by to assist you. If the problem persists, we will
gladly send you a replacement same day.

Shipping
We
offer UPS ground, next day, 2-day, & 3-day shipping options.
Shipping charges are based on actual shipping charges plus a
$1.95 handling fee. Your shipment may originate from more
than one location and deliveries may arrive in separate
packages. For your convenience, we are able to provide
tracking numbers to allow you to track your package(s).On
most items, we ship on the same business day if we receive
your order before 2:00 P.M. (PST). However, our normal order
processing time is one to three business days. Any orders
received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on a holiday
will be processed on the next available business day (Monday
through Friday). If your order will be subject to any delays
(i.e., back order or further credit card verification), we
will notify you immediately. Once we deliver your order to
the carrier (i.e., UPS), we will e-mail you a confirmation
that your order has been filled and shipped, along with a
UPS tracking number for your convenience. The carrier (UPS)
will deliver your order based on the delivery method you
selected (i.e., Ground, 2nd Day, etc.). We reserve the right
to charge additional fees for special requests, bulk orders
over $1,000, and pallet orders. In such cases, we will
contact the customer before prior to shipment.
Limitation of Liability

not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive,
incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages
whatsoever, even if TonerBoss.Com has been previously advised
of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under
contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or

the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products
