Risk of
Loss
Risk of loss and title for goods purchased passes to
the customer when TonerBoss.Com delivers the goods purchased
to a common carrier, such as the United Postal
Service.
Typographical Errors
TonerBoss.Com is not
liable for typographical errors that result in products being
listed at incorrect prices, whether it is the fault of
TonerBoss.Com or one of its suppliers. TonerBoss.Com reserves
the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products
listed at incorrect prices. In the event that an order has
been confirmed and a credit card charged before the order
cancellation, TonerBoss.Com will immediately issue a credit to
your credit card.
Shipping
We offer UPS
ground, next day, 2-day, & 3-day shipping options. Shipping
charges are based on actual shipping charges plus a $1.95
handling fee. Your shipment may originate from more than one
location and deliveries may arrive in separate packages. For
your convenience, we are able to provide tracking numbers to
allow you to track your package(s).On most items, we ship on
the same business day if we receive your order before 2:00
P.M. (PST). However, our normal order processing time is one
to three business days. Any orders received on weekends
(Saturday and Sunday) or on a holiday will be processed on
the next available business day (Monday through Friday). If
your order will be subject to any delays (i.e., back order
or further credit card verification), we will notify you
immediately.Once we deliver your order to the carrier (i.e.,
UPS), we will e-mail you a confirmation that your order has
been filled and shipped, along with a UPS tracking number
for your convenience. The carrier (UPS) will deliver your
order based on the delivery method you selected (i.e.,
Ground, 2nd Day, etc.). We reserve the right to charge
additional fees for special requests, bulk orders over
$1,000, and pallet orders. In such cases, we will contact
the customer before prior to shipment.
Return
Policy
30 Day Return
on Unopened Merchandise
Any unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of
the purchase date for a full refund or credit less any
shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned in its
original, undamaged condition, and accompanied by an RMA
number (see RMA section). If you are returning an unopened
item for refund, we will process and issue the refund within
10 business days. Refunds will be made to the credit card
originally charged. If payment was made by check, please
allow for an additional 10 business days for the original
check to clear before we may issue a refund.
Product Return Instruction How to get an RMA Number
Please e-mail us at return@tonerboss.com to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Pack the cartridge properly in a properly padded box. You
are responsible for properly packing the cartridge. We
suggest you use a carrier with tracking, such as UPS or US
mail with delivery confirmation.
Write the RMA # clearly on the outside of the return
package.

Warranty
1-Year Warranty on Manufacture Defects
We warrant each and every remanufactured laser cartridge to
be free of defect both material and workmanship within one
(1) year of the purchase date to the original purchaser. All
compatible cartridges are remanufactured to the most
stringent quality-control standards possible to ensure a
level of performance that meets or exceeds other
remanufactured cartridges. Our obligation to the original
purchaser under this warranty shall be limited only to
replacement within one year from date of purchase of any
toner cartridge which is proven to be defective under normal
use and service conditions as determined by us. Cartridges
must be returned to us accompanied by an RMA number. You
must also submit a sample printout showing the defect,
whenever possible. This warranty shall not apply to products
which have been subject to alteration, abuse, accident, or
misuse. Any replacement merchandise will be shipped as
quickly as possible upon receipt of the defective
merchandise.
