Checking your order status has never been easier! Simply fill out both fields below and click 'Find'.
(Please note both fields are required for security purposes)







Has my order shipped?
  Orders received before 3pm PST are usually shipped same day. You will be immediately notified if your item is on backorder.

You will receive an email from UPS as soon as your order is shipped. The email contains the package tracking number and other information such as package progress and expected delivery date.

You can also get retrieve the status of your order by using our easy Order Status Check feature.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
  Retrieve the UPS tracking number sent to you via email (or the one that is provided in the Order Status Check). Go to www.ups.com and enter your tracking in the specified field.

If you registered an account when you placed your order, you can also click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
