The first item delivered to me did not work. The toner was skipping lines on the printout. I called customer service but I wasn't able to talk to anyone. I left a voice message and no one returned my call. I finally got hold of a representative through live chat. She fixed my problem right then and there. I got the return label and the replacement was delivered in 3 days. Tonerboss does keep its word of 90-day guarantee and lifetime warranty.
