As the purchasing agent for our church, I ordered 5 of these cartridges because of the savings in ordering that number. I have never been so disappointed as 3 of the 5 cartridges were not usable. They left streaks across every page and finally had to be discarded. It takes a small business a long time to use this many cartridges and I did not get the complaint made in ample time to receive replacements for the bad cartridges. My advice is to test EVERY cartridge as soon as you get them to see if they are worthy of keeping. The savings is no good if you are unable to use what you get.
