Automatically earn 1 point for every $1 spent at TonerBoss.com! What are TonerBoss Rewards? The TonerBoss Rewards program is our way of showing our customers how much we appreciate their loyalty. For every dollar you spend you receive 1 reward point. After you've accumulated enough points, you are then able to redeem the points for a variety of items, including merchandise, discounts, gift cards or cash back. How does the program work? For every dollar you spend, you receive 1 point. After you've reached enough points for redemption you can use them to receive discounts on orders, cash back, or freebies. The points awarded are based on subtotals of the orders placed. Points do not accrue for tax and shipping costs. For example: if you spent $100, not including shipping and handling, you would receive 100 points. If you check our redemption page, you will find that 100 points can redeem a $5 Walmart giftcard. What does it cost? TonerBoss Reward points can only be earned by ordering products and completing purchase transactions. There is no additional cost. The program is FREE! How do I enroll? As soon as you register with TonerBoss.com and complete a purchase transaction you are automatically enrolled in the TonerBoss Rewards program. Where can I check how many points I have? It's simple! Just log into www.TonerBoss.com using your username and password, then click the "My Account" button on the top of the page and click on "My Rewards" link. Here you can also choose how many points you wish to redeem or put toward an order. When & how can I use my TonerBoss Rewards? As soon as you have accumulated enough points you're able to redeem your points in the equivalent value or use them for discounts on your orders. You are able to use any amount of points on your order. Example: If you have a total of 1000 points you can use 500 points and save on your order and still have 500 points to use in the future. However, you would still be charged shipping and handling even if your order becomes "free" by using all 1000 points. Before you checkout you will have to choose how many points you want to redeem in the My Rewards section of your account. Then checkout normally and your redeemed points will appear as a gift certificate. Do my points expire? Your TonerBoss Reward points expire within 365 days. You can use them during the year whenever you'd like as long as you have a minimum of 200 points in you "point bank." What about past dollars spent? Unfortunately, the program is not retro-active. This is a brand new program that starts July1, 2010. Any purchase made after that date will qualify you to receive points.
