Order Processing and Order Status
How do I order?
We strongly encourage our customers to order online. This
is to ensure your privacy and the security of your personal
information. However, if you have any trouble about
processing your order on our website, we will gladly walk
you through it.
How do I know if I successfully submitted my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details of your order, including your order number. Please refer to this order number when contacting us.
How can I calculate the shipping cost?
TonerBoss charges $10.99 flat-rate shipping for all orders (UPS ground only).
What are the shipping methods available?
We ship most of our orders through UPS. We can also ship via USPS should you wish us to do so.
How do I get promotional discounts and coupons?
You have to sign up to receive our bi-monthly email campaigns and newsletters.
I forgot the coupon code.
Just give us your name and order# and we will verify the coupon code for you.
Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
We offer bulk or volume discounts. Please call one of our customer support agents who will walk you through the process.
Do you offer free shipping?
No. However, TonerBoss offers $10.99 flat-rate UPS ground shipping on all orders.
Can I fax my order to you?
Yes. We do accept Purchase Orders for bulk, volume or corporate accounts. Please fax your orders to 714-441-7080 and we will contact you to confirm it has been received.
When will my credit card be charged?
We charge your credit card upon order submission.
Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Absolutely. You are welcome to contact our billing department at billing@tonerboss.com or at 714-482-0377.
When will my order shipped?
Orders received before 3:00pm PST will be shipped same day. In the event the item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.
Can I cancel my order if it did not ship same day?
You are free to do so. However, we always ship backorders within 2-3 business days.
How do I cancel my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. TonerBoss.com ships to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

What does premium compatible toner mean? What is the difference between remanufactured and compatible toner?
Our premium compatible toners are built with a higher percentage of brand new parts and thus, we can offer extended warranty.
What parts are brand new in a premium compatible toner?
We use a brand new imaging drum, brand new chip, chemical grade toner, magrollers, pcr’s and other gears.
Will your products void my printer warranty?
No. Using TonerBoss premium compatible cartridges will not void your printer warranty.

What is your return policy?
TonerBoss premium cartridges comes with a Lifetime Warranty.
This means that we guarantee that our toners will be in good
working condition throughout its lifetime.
Who ships the defective product that I want to return?
We provide a return shipment label that you can use to ship
the items back to us at no extra cost to you.
Is there a restocking fee?
We charge a 25% restocking fee for refused, unwanted or incorrect orders.
How do I return a product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return a product, please complete the
Return Materials Authorization (RMA).
