Don't waste your money November 8, 2012

I am extremely disappointed.  Neither the color or black cartridges work.  To print black documents I have to have my printer set on the best printing setting in order to have my word documents readable.  When printing color everything comes out black and yellow tones no matter what the setting or picture.  I do very light printing and have printed less than 50 pages total yet have had these problems from my first print attempt.  I guess you get what you pay for.
